Dr. Thawatchai Jitpaiboon earned his Ph.D. degree in Manufacturing Management & Engineering at the University of Toledo. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand) and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) from the University of Toledo. He worked at Colgate Palmolive Co., Ltd. for four years as a production planning and purchasing engineer and at Havill Consultant for two years as a system analyst. His dissertation is entitled "The roles of information systems integration in the supply chain integration context - firm perspective".  His teaching interests include Operations Management courses, MIS courses, and programming languages such as VB, ASP.Net. His research interests include information systems integration and supply chain integration, information system issues in manufacturing, total quality management, and research methodology. [Email].
