The University of Toledo

Dr. T. S. Ragu-Nathan is Professor of Information, Operations and Technology Management in the College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo, Ohio. He earned his Doctoral Degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. His earlier degrees include, Bachelor of Physics, Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in Plastics Engineering, and Masters in Business Administration. He has extensive Industrial experience before moving into academics. He has published in high quality journals in the areas of Information Systems, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Management.

Dr. Ragu-Nathan had involved in many research and consulting projects. He has developed database systems, given extensive end-user computer training, developed strategic information plans for organizations, and conducted systems analysis and development for various projects. He has lectured internationally in the areas of information systems, supply chain management, and e-commerce. He had worked in industry for thirteen years at various top management positions and has extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing an information systems. He had been invited to give lectures internationally. He has visited Spain, India, and Australia to give lectures.
