Personal info: I’m from South Korea. My happy marriage began since May, 2005 with Rebekah. I have two beautiful daughters. I love soccer, cycling, jogging, hiking, walking, and reading books. I like playing cello although I am not a musical talent. I also enjoy listening to music of Yo-Yo Ma, Chinese-French-born American cellist.
Research interests: Global supply chain management, Lean manufacturing such as 1) lean implementation and its impact on operational and financial performance, 2) lean manufacturing with mediating effect of green practice, and 3) lean manufacturing strategy, action programs, and lean performance, Service offshore outsourcing, Emerging collaborative practices in Korean SMEs, and Innovative SMEs.
Plans after Ph.D.: I plan to work in academia in the U.S.
