Dr. Qingyu Zhang graduated in May 2001. He has been employed as an associate professor in the department of Computer and Information Technology at the Arkansas State University since Fall 2000. His dissertation, Technology infusion enabled value chain flexibility: A learning and capability-based perspective, was honored in 2002 National Decision Sciences Institute’s Doctoral Dissertation with an Honorable Mention. He has published various articles in different journals. He is a member of DSI, APICS, ICISA, AIS, INFORMS and POMS. [Email].
