Areas of Study
Interpersonal/Organizational Communication
Increasingly corporations and organizations are seeking skilled workers trained in interpersonal and organizational communication. These individuals are needed to handle various forms of corporate communications such as public presentations, media advertising and research, and other visual, print or web based communications.
Students with a focus on interpersonal/organizational communication take a wide range
of classes from visual communications to media management. Caring professors and professionals
with business world experience help students develop the skills necessary for today's
technology based job market. Our graduates leave with those skills ready to succeed
in the very competitive business world.
Interpersonal/Organizational communication students also have various on-campus and off-campus internship opportunities to enhance their skills and gain real-world experience. For more information, or questions, about this area e-mail Dr. Paul Fritz at paul.fritz@utoledo.edu
