TEACHING ASSISTANTS
Daniel Harris

Daniel Harris currently teaches trombone at The University of Toledo. He has been the bass trombonist of the Toledo Symphony for the past ten years. He is also the tenor trombonist in the Toledo Symphony Brass quintet, a position he has held for eight years.
Before joining the Toledo Symphony he was a member of the Kalamazoo and Greater Lansing
Symphonies, and the Des Moines Metro Opera Orchestra. He has performed with the Detroit
and Grand Rapids Symphonies, the Michigan Opera Theater Orchestra, and the Detroit
Chamber Winds. He holds degrees from Wesleyan University, Yale University School of
Music, and the University of Michigan.
