All positions regardless of funding will be presented to the Position Justification Committee for approval. All positions
with a salary potentially over $50,000 must then go to Dr. Jacobs for approval. The PJC has given the directive that once
a position has been reviewed, if it is not approved the funding will be immediately swept. There is a potential to have the
funds reinstated providing that substantial justification is provided to the PJC at a subsequent meeting. Submission of justification
information should be coordinated with your HR Rep. Position Justification Committee Members: |
| 07/02/2009 | 2009 PMP Forms are now available at http://www.utoledo.edu/depts/hr/forms/employment.html. The PMP Process will not be mandatory at this time. The timeline for the process will be changing to reflect the calendar year. This will hopefully reduce the departmental burden at the end of the fiscal year when the evaluations have been traditionally completed. The HR department encourages you to continue to meet with your employees and use the materials provided to discuss their performance as a mid-year evaluation, with the understanding that an annual evaluation will take place closer to the end of the year. More information will be provided closer to the end of the year with regard to any changes to the process and the new timeline for the annual evaluations. |
