UT Works Tuition Fee Waiver Extension

UTWorks participants are eligible for an extension of their tuition fee waiver.  The tuition fee waiver will be extended for one semester following the reduction in workforce.  If the employee was not taking classes at the time of the reduction in workforce they will still be eligible to take classes during the extension period.  The Tuition Fee Waiver Extension is only for use by the employee.  Spouses, Domestic Partners, and Dependents are not eligible.

Example: If an employee receives a layoff notice anytime during the Fall 2009 semester they will be granted a tuition fee waiver extension for classes through Spring 2010.
