The Purchasing Services department at The University of Toledo is comprised of the following functional areas:

• Contract Management
• Procurement
• Receiving
• Surplus Property/Property Control
• Inventory Control/Distribution (hospital)
• Linen Services (hospital)

We are a customer centered department with our sole interest in helping our customers find the best value solutions to their every day operational needs. We do this through active listening, evaluating options in the marketplace, ensuring competitiveness in offering, and holding our suppliers accountable to servicing the University.

Our mission is to expand the sphere of influence of supply chain management activities that supports the mission of the University of Toledo. Our customer centered focus delivers innovative, high quality and fiscally responsible approaches to meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations.
