Where To Buy
Purchasing reviews spend categories of goods and services quarterly to determine the best contract choice for the university. This could entail bidding the business according to our guidelines or accessing any number of contracts via our group purchasing organization memberships, who have already completed the competitive bidding process on our behalf. We seek supplier partners who demonstrate the ability to service our campus communities needs while providing high quality goods and services at competitive prices.
We also look for new suppliers to engage in university spend opportunities. We encourage all suppliers who have not done business with the university to register in our supplier database. The database has a robust search engine that allows many fields to be queried for a short list of results.
To help our campus buyers locate 'where to buy' goods and services, a link is provided below to both the supplier registration database and to a list of common categories of spend. The category links have one page informational sheets to assist you with making your purchases.
To search the Supplier Registration Database click here.
*Please note: The information in the registration database is self reported from suppliers upon initial entry. Information may not be up to date and you are encouraged to call the suppliers to verify information such as categories of goods and services they offer as well as any memberships or certifications. If you find information that requires an update, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org
