Hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with extended hours until 5:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Closed weekends and UT observed holidays.

 Our Rocket Wireless Representatives

 

Carole Sedlock 

Carole joined University of Toledo in 1994 with the former Telecommunications Department.  She helped develop and  launch the Rocket Wireless program in July 2002.  She has experience on all services and devices offered by all three major wireless carriers.  The favorite part of her job is making customers smile whenever possible.

 

Christi Grandowicz

Christi joined University of Toledo in 1996 working in the Telecommunications Department.  She was a key player in helping to launch the Rocket Wireless program in 2002.  As a technical expert, she provides great insight on the equipment and plans that might best meet the customer’s needs.  Christi takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

 

Cassie Johnson

Cassie began working for the Rocket Wireless program in 2003 as a student employee.  In 2005 she became a fulltime University staff member and member of the Rocket Wireless team.  As a University of Toledo Alumni, Cassie is very focused with assisting the UT family with finding the best carrier and plan that fit their lifestyle.  She enjoys matching all customers with the best equipment in order to meet the customer’s needs.
