Facilities
The Carver Resource Center, located in Gillham Hall 3000, houses two instructional computer labs with iMac computers that run Windows 7 and Apple OS 10.6. Each computer lab contains seating for twenty-four, state of the art equipment using Elmo machines (document cameras) and SMART Boards. Video conferencing is also available. Along with housing the computer labs, five individual classroom mobile carts are available for classroom use.

The Center provides the following services available for all Education majors:

- Equipment checkout (laptops both Dell and Apple), digital cameras, camcorders, voice recorders, LCD projectors, tripods, mice, speakers, and headphones)
- Color Printing
- Curriculum Materials
- Ellison Dies (die cuts used for preparing bulletin boads, name tags, etc)
- Open Lab Computer Access
- Technology support for classroom-related needs, including tutorials and special technology-related workshops for students, faculty, and staff
- Video-editing equipment and stations
- Wireless Computer Setup
