As Co-Director and Principal Investigator of the grant, Laurie’s role in the grant is to coordinate partnerships with community colleges and with the practicum sites. She will assist Bill in the development and delivery of professional development activities, and coordinate evaluation efforts. Additionally, she will coordinate the annual workshop with Ohio community college faculty. She is the liaison with the Advisory Board. Finally, Laurie will oversee the administrative activities of the grant. |

Bill is responsible for coordinating the design and maintenance of the website. He will assist Laurie in the development and delivery of professional development activities for community college faculty, and also with the identification and coordination of practicum sites. Additionally, he will assist with the coordination of the annual workshop, and in the work with the Advisory Board. |

Lyn serves as the primary contact person for the grant, and you can contact her for all general inquiries. Lyn manages the day-to-day operations of the grant (e.g., management meetings, scheduling of activities, databases, fiscal issues), and coordinates and assists with the major grant activities. |

Camille’s role is to provide support to the project in the redesign and implementation of the Community College ECE curricula. She will conduct faculty retreats in Summer for Community College ECE faculty related to curriculum redesign and practicum practices, and will conduct follow-up sessions to maintain support for the programs. Camille will also assist in identifying professional development resources to support 2-year ECE faculty and students. |

As lead faculty liaison, Stacey is responsible for coordinating the work of the ECE faculty in the curriculum redesign activities, including evaluation of practica experiences. Stacey will also assist in project evaluation activities. |
