Undergraduate Advising

The Office of Student Services is located in Gillham Hall, room 3100. The office is open from 8:15 – 5:00 Monday through Friday. Students may call the office at 419-530-2495 to schedule an advising appointment.

Open advising (walk-in) is available to current students from 9-11 AM and 1-4 PM the week before and the week of the start of each semester and; each Wednesday during the fall and spring semester. Open advising meetings are limited to 15 minutes.


New and Transfer Students

New students and transfer students must be admitted to the University of Toledo to schedule an appointment with an advisor. Prospective students should schedule an informational meeting with a college representative through the Office of Admissions: http://www.utoledo.edu/admission/undergraduate/campus/

Current Students

Students should prepare to meet with their advisor by bringing

• list of questions
• copy of a current Degree Audit.

To obtain a degree audit:

1. Sign-in to MyUT
2. On the student tab under “my records” select “more record options”
3. Select DARSweb
4. Select Institution: University of Toledo
5. On next page…
   a.    Confirm Institution: The University of Toledo
   b.    Select: List all requirements
   c.     Run Audit
6. Select: View Submitted Audits
7. Choose the audit by the current date and select: View Link
8. Select: view a print friendly report
9. Print the report
