Forms are due to managers and/or directors by January 31, 2011
Time can be taken between now and June based on the schedule below.
(The June date was changed due to the varing payday schedules)

CWA: The last day you can take a furlough for the current fiscal year is June 10, 2011
AFSCME:  The last day you can take a furlough for the current fiscal year is June 4, 2011
PSA | MC: The last day you can take a furlough for the current fiscal year is June 17, 2011
PSA | HSC: The last day you can take a furlough for the current fiscal year is June 4, 2011
