Capital Projects & Funding is responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring a timely response to issues surrounding procurement of construction services utilizing capital funds.
• Communicating and interacting with various governmental agencies both at the State and Local level.
• Submitting requests to receive State funds for capital improvements.
• Monitoring regulatory compliance (including Edge and Prevailing Wage).
• Working to keep projects within or under budget. 
• Providing support services to the Vice President of Facilities & Construction.
• Capital project tracking.
