Capital Construction Projects and Funding

Capital Construction Projects and Funding are responsible for the following duties:

• Managing all new construction and renovation projects on all campuses from planning and bidding to physical construction and completion.
• Directing the activity of work related to the repair and/or enhancement of the UT infrastructure, physical plant and maintaince activity.
• Ensuring a timely response to issues surrounding procurement of construction services utilizing capital funds.
• Communicating and interacting with various governmental agencies both at the State and Local level.
• Submitting requests to receive State funds for capital improvements.
• Monitoring regulatory compliance (including Edge and Prevailing Wage).
• Working to keep projects within or under budget. 
• Providing support services to the Vice President of Administration.
• Capital project tracking.
