Responsible for Health Science Campus maintenance concerns regarding plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locksmiths, painting, general maintenance and all construction. In addition, Vic is also responsible for the Facilities Work Control Center and Biomedical Engineering Technology.

Responsible for maintenance concerns regarding plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, roofers, general maintenance and all construction for Main Campus, Scott Park Campus for Energy and Innovation, Center for Visual Arts, Stranahan Arboretum and the Lake Erie Center.

Responsible for maintenance concerns regarding electrical, life safety, elevators and telecommunications for all campuses. In addition, Jim is responsible for Central Control which responds to all 24/7 calls for all trades.

Director, Facilities Maintenance and Grounds
Responsible for maintenance concerns regarding the grounds on all campuses. In addition, Doug is responsible for maintenance of all UT parking facilities, motor vehicle fleet, transit fleet and all off-site facilities.
