Greetings from the College of Health Sciences! More than 1,600 students are enrolled in our highly regarded programs at all academic levels. We offer:

  • Undergraduate programs in Public Health, Health Care Administration, Health Information Administration, Recreational Therapy, Exercise Science, Athletic Training and Respiratory Care;
  • Master’s degree programs in Recreation Administration, Health Promotion and Education (MPH), Athletic Training, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, and Speech-Language Pathology; and
  • Doctoral degrees in Health Education (PhD), Exercise Science (PhD), Occupational Therapy (OTD), and Physical Therapy (DPT)
Our students are provided clinical, laboratory, internship and community engagement experiences in our state-of-the-art Health & Human Services Building, the University of Toledo Medical Center and other facilities throughout northwest Ohio and beyond. Hands-on experience and collaborative learning are hallmarks of all of our programs. Our students are well prepared to make the world healthier when they graduate.


Our student-centered, nationally known faculty provide award-winning instruction, engage in meaningful research that improves lives, deliver the highest quality clinical care, and engage our community in ways that improve the quality of life for people.
