1.  Click on "Students"
2.  Click on "Find Your School:
3.  Under "school name"  type in:  University of Toledo
4.  Click on "Search Directory"
5.  Click on "Plans and Products"
6.  Click on "Full Plan Details"
7.  Click on "2008/09 Brochure."  This 34 page brochure contains the details of UT's student health insurance plan.  The benefits remain the same for 2009/10.
