Q. When I try to use Banner, I get an error that "Internet Explorer has stopped working", What can I do? |

If IE returns the error "Internet Explorer has stopped working", the culprit is likely an unsupported version of IE 7. Check the version of IE installed and if the version number is 7.0.6001.1800 or higher, you may want to downgrade to IE 6 or install Firefox. Please call the Helpdesk if you need assistance. |
