Q. I cannot export data from Banner. What can I do to fix this?

If you cannot export data from Banner INB, follow these instructions:

  • In IE, click on Tools>Internet Options
  • Click the Advanced Tab
  • Uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"

 If this does not resolve the issue, contact the Helpdesk for further assistance.
