Q. My mailbox is overlimit and I have deleted almost all of the emails. What could be causing this?

A.

  • *   Check for items in the “Sent Items” folder and any other created folders emails may be in.
  • *   Make sure all the deleted items are also emptied from the “Deleted Items” folder.
  • *   Check for items in the “RSS Feeds” folder and subfolders.
  • *   You may only have to delete files with large attachments to free up some space.
