QMy mailbox is over limit and I have deleted almost all of the emails. What could be causing this?


  • Delete or archive items that are over a year old
  • Check all sub folders that have been created
  • Emails with large files may need to be archived or deleted.  Archiving Instructions
  • Check sent folder, deleted folder, and RSS feeds folder
