VPN Requests for UT Faculty and Staff

Before requesting VPN access, please consider alternate methods of accessing UT resources.

•  Alternative Methods to Access UT Resources include:
  • Secure Web Mail - https://email.utoledo.edu
  • Secure Access to H: and Z: Drives - https://files.utoledo.edu
  • Virtual Lab Computers - http://www.utoledo.edu/it/vlab
• To request VPN access for faculty or staff, please enter an IT Help Desk request at http://ithelp.utoledo.edu.

VPN Requests for Vendors or other External Organizations

If you are requesting VPN access for a vendor or other external organization, please contact the IT Help Desk at 419.530.2400 or enter a Help Desk request at http://ithelp.utoledo.edu.  The following information will be required to process your request:

• Vendor Name (First and Last):
• Vendor Email address:
• Vendor Phone number:
• Vendor Company name:
• Vendor Date of Birth:
• Vendor SSN (last 4):
• Does UT have a contract/BAA with this vendor?  (BAA required for clinical systems)
• Expiration (end of contract; not to exceed one year):
• UT Sponsor Name:
