Microsoft Office Communicator
Office Communicator is a client that allows you to communicate easily with others in different locations from your computer's desktop using voice and video. With Office Communicator you can make instant messages, PC-to-PC phone calls, manage the information that others see about your availability status, conduct video conferences, and share documents or other files. Office Communicator is part of Office 2007, and its capabilities are closely integrated with other Office applications. Microsoft provides an Office Communicator tour that will help you learn the basics of presence management (determining the information that others see about your availability status), contacting others, and responding when others contact you.
