- Collaboration with the Institute for the Study of Performance and Spirituality (ISPS):
- coordinated the transfer of the Performance and Spirituality, online journal of ISPS,
- coordinated the setup of an open-journal system,
- set up a digital library for photographic and document collections in the ISPS Archive,
- and collaborate on redesigning the ISPS Website.

- Intellectual Property Portal - Information portal with copyright, far use, and other important intellectual property-related information that researchers need to know
Toledo-area Community Projects
- Toledo’s Attic – Planning yet another migration of the site to a new CMS and server in collaboration with Toledo community participants
