Graduation Progress Information Form
Itis every student’s responsibility to monitor her or his own progress toward graduation, and the degree audit that can be accessed on the UT website is useful for doing this. Still, it is the Arts & Sciences College Graduation Progress Evaluation form that establishes that you will graduate on time. Schedule an appointment with your Adviser when you are three semesters from graduation – probably February or March during your junior year. The form takes about a half hour to complete, so call ahead to schedule the appointment. Next, take the form to the College Office, 3000 University Hall, and a little later an official copy bearing the Dean’s signature will be sent to you in the mail. Successful completion of the courses specified on the document will guarantee that you graduate on time.
