Dr. Lynn W. Bachelor

Associate Professor

 

Dr. Bachelor’s research focuses on relationships between city governments and private businesses, and the effects of projects like automobile assembly plants, casinos, and sports stadiums on rebuilding older cities. Her teaching interests include urban policy, intergovernmental relations, ethics and public policy, and program evaluation. She has been active in the University of Toledo’s Inside/Out Prison Exchange program since 2012, and has taught three courses to U.T. students and residents of Toledo Correctional Institution. Dr. Bachelor was part of U.T.’s Community Outreach Partnership center grant with the Monroe Street Neighborhood Center, and continues to serve on the neighborhood center board.
