The Office of Multicultural Student Services and the MLSLLC

The Office of Multicultural Student Success (OMSS) is located in the Student Union Room 2500. OMSS offers Success Advising for all students in the MLSLLC.  Success advising consists of a developmental approach based on a close student-advisor relationship intended to aid students in achieving educational, career, and personal goals through the utilization of a full range of institutional and community resources. 

MLSLLC students will be assigned to a Success Advisor during the Multicultural Student Post Orientation Institute (August 16 & 17), an exciting two-day workshop designed to introduce students to The University of Toledo, have a little fun, and get connected before classes even begin!  Throughout the year, OMSS will offer a variety of opportunities to get involved through student organizations, Heritage Month Programming, and diversity and cultural awareness workshops.
