The TRIO Student Support Services and the MLSLLC

All students who meet criteria for inclusion in the MLSLLC are required to participate in the university’s TRIO Student Support Services Program. Any eligible student at The University of Toledo may, however, participate in the TRIO program and not be a member of the MLSLLC. TRIO Student Support Services is a federal retention program at UT serving 160 undergraduate students who have limited income, are the first in their families to graduate college, or have a disability. Students served by the TRIO SSS project at UT receive academic advising and monitoring, private tutoring when needed, and have access to a technology lab. TRIO SSS provides targeted services and experiences for every point of your college career until graduation.
