The Genomics Core Laboratory is a division of the Program in Bioinformatics and Proteomics/Genomics.  The Service Center is available for usage by both internal and external researchers on an appointment basis for the evaluation of gene expression in eukaryotic and/or prokaryotic samples using microarray technology.  The user of this facility affirms and hereby gives notice by signature that the samples provided to the Center for evaluation are in compliance with all regulations regarding sample procurement and other standards as set forth by The University of Toledo, including, but not limited to, IRB and IACUC regulations.  The user will not hold the Genomics Core Laboratory or any of its personnel responsible for failure to meet these established criteria.  The user affirms that neither radioactive materials nor infectious materials will be introduced into the Center.  By signing this Waiver, the user also accepts the attached disclaimer and conditions.
