The GCL houses an Affymetrix system consisting of a GeneChip Hybridization Oven 640, Fluidics Station 450, (in pdf format),and a GeneChip 3000 Scanner (6G). Data evaluation software from Affymetrix includes GeneChip® Command Console Software (AGCC), v.3.0, and Affymetrix Expression Console Software, v.1.1.
The GCL also provides services for custom array processing. Printed arrays are scanned
on a PerkinElmer ScanArray® 4000 Microarray Analysis System, which operates with ProScanArray®
Express operating hardware and software, v.3.0, rev.A.
