Private support through donor contributions plays an important role in the success of The University of Toledo. The University of Toledo Foundation, a 501[c]3 charitable organization, has been designated by The University of Toledo as the official gif-receiving organization for the University.
The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of trustees made up of alumni, members of the community, and other friends of the University. These individuals help oversee the Foundation’s policies and procedures and monitor its finances and investments.
A gift to the UT Foundation is a charitable contribution and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
