Institutions Developing Excellence in Academic Leadership (IDEAL)

The University of Toledo is proud to participate as one of six university partners
in IDEAL (Institutions Developing Excellence in Academic Leadership), a three-year
National Science Foundation grant intended to foster gender and minority equity through
academic transformation in STEM (sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields
at leading universities in northern Ohio.
Awarded to Dr. Lynn T. Singer, Deputy Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
at Case Western Reserve University, the IDEAL grant provides partnership roles for UT as well as for Bowling Green State University, Cleveland State University, Kent State University and the University of Akron.
