Mentoring Definitions:
- Mentee: A student who has a mentor
- Peer Mentor: An upper class (sophomore, junior, senior or graduate) student who mentors a freshman, or younger student than themselves.
- Professional Mentor: An individual who is UT alumni, a community member, UT faculty or staff member who mentors a UT student.
- Clusters: There are cluster programs within The Mentoring Collaborative designed to address specific needs for students in particular programs such as the College of Pharmacy and the Judith Herb College of Education. If you wish to develop a cluster program within your college, we welcome your inquiry. Please send a note to sdoles@utoledo.edu and you will be contacted to talk about how we can help.

Program Documentation Forms:Once you have completed your application, we will meet with you to determine your interest and desired participation in the mentoring program. After you have been matched with a mentor or mentee, the following forms are useful in the commencement of your mentoring relationship:
These forms are explained in further detail on our Program Information page, and will be explained during the initial interview session so that they are useful to your work with your mentor/mentee.
