The Mentoring Collaborative serves students through academic and professional development to increase retention, persistence and graduation rates among historically underrepresented students.
We assist students to achieve their highest academic, professional and personal goals through one to one mentoring matches, topical workshops, service learning opportunities and referral assistance that increase access to programs and services.
The primary function of The Mentoring Collaborative is to promote networking and self-advocacy in students.
"The greater the networking, the greater your career."
If you are interested in finding a mentor - or in becoming a mentor, this is the website for you. It is our goal to become a platform for mentoring at UT. Whatever your academic major, degree or professional interest, we are here to help connect you to the resource that best meets your need.
For community members, we are a gateway to mentoring opportunities that offer you great benefit from sharing your time, treasures and talent. We welcome your participation, input and suggestions. Please feel free contact us at any time.
The Mentoring Collaborative helps build the lives of the students in the Toledo area.
