Students Are Not Applying For Scholarships . . .

Though there are a number of companies and organizations that have donated money for scholarships, a great deal of the money is returned due to lack of interest, initiative or awareness. No one is going to knock on your door and ask if you are interested in FREE money. Take the initiative to get involved. Money shouldn't be returned to donating companies because no one applies for it. Begin your search with UT. • The Soros Foundations Network - This foundation offers international student scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. Many are restricted to students from specific countries.

Step up. Start Right. Stay Healthy. 2010 ProMedica Health System Scholarship Program: ProMedica is proud to announce its third annual Fields of Green high school scholarship challenge. Team up with other students – grades 10-12 – and design a breakfast plan for elementary school students, following specific nutritional and dietary guidelines. Finalists will present their plans in January, with each member of the winning team receiving a $5,000 college scholarship.
