Transcript Request:  In-person

Print a copy of the Transcript Request Form.  

Complete all sections of the form, including the special instructions at the bottom of the form.

Main Campus students can submit their completed requests to Rocket Solution Central (RSC), 1200 Rocket Hall. Rocket Hall is located near the corner of Secor Road and Dorr Street.  During peak times, students can order transcripts at the Express Desk in RSC.  Look for signs in the office to direct you.

Health Science Campus students can submit their requests to the Office of the Registrar, 114 Mulford Library.

Regardless of campus, transcripts can be mailed to a specified address or picked up in the respective office at a later date.  However, in-person requests for on-demand transcripts are limited to 2 transcripts per day and are only available in Rocket Solution Central (RSC).

Processing Time:
Excluding on-demand orders, transcript requests received in-person are processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional processing time at the beginning and ending of each semester when transcript requests peak in volume. This processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery of the transcripts is dependent upon the postal service. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery when placing a transcript request.
