A University Woman

The first grant awarded by Women & Philanthropy at The University of Toledo was received by the Carlson Library and was celebrated with the dedication of “A University Woman” Glass Sculpture.

The sculpture was created by University of Toledo professor and artist Tom McGlauchlin and has become the Women & Philanthropy logo. Professor McGlauchlin was honored at a reception held in Carlson Library on November 12, 2008.
