Mandatory Forms to Review Prior to Orientation
All new students are required to review several online forms located on the New Student Tab prior to attending orientation. These forms can also be found on the Student Tab under “My Accounts”. The forms can only be completed online via the myUT Portal. Additional information about the forms will be presented at orientation during the "Getting Down to Business" session. Assistance will be available at orientation to ensure all new students have completed these forms prior to the start of their classes.
The forms to review prior to orientation include the following:
- FERPA Consent
- Title IV Authorization
- Direct Deposit
- Transfer Excess Financial Aid to the Rocket Card
