Biographical Sketch
Neha began her educational endeavor in 2007 at School of Pharmacy, University of Mumbai, India. During her bachelors, she gained valuable experience as an intern in production and packaging department at Dortmund Laboratories, India. As an intern, she acquired knowledge on development and manufacturing and packaging of various dosage forms. In 2010, she was recruited at a local pharmacy as a trainee pharmacist and got experience in dispensing medicines and managing pharmacy. She received her B.Pharm degree in June 2011. Following graduation, she was admitted to the MS program in Health Outcomes and Socioeconomic Sciences at the University of Toledo.
As a graduate student, she has worked as a teaching assistant. As a student, she has also given several presentations on topics of “Medication Adherence”, “Cost Effectiveness Analysis Abroad”, “Economic Impact of Alzheimer’s Disease” and “Charitable Pharmacies”. Besides this, she is working on tools used to measure medication adherence. During her years of education, she served as a secretary of International society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) from 2012-2013. She has received good experience on data compilation and performing literature reviews while working in PCOR lab. She volunteered in the University of Toledo outpatient pharmacy and gained experience in working and managing of pharmacy.

Biographical Sketch
Nilesh Gangan received his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from University of Mumbai, India in 2010. Thereafter, he started working as a sales executive with Blue Cross India Ltd. As a sales executive his major responsibilities were to promote companies’ products to physicians working in hospitals and to conduct CME’s. He also worked for one month as a part of his in-plant training at Pfizer, India. In college, he was also an active member of Indian Pharmaceutical Association – Students’ Forum (IPA-SF) and participated in community health education programs such as anti-tuberculosis campaign. He joined the University of Toledo to pursue his Masters in Health Outcomes and Socioeconomic Sciences in Fall 2011. He is currently working as a Teaching Assistant for the faculty of the HOSS department. As a graduate student, he has given presentations on “Pharmacists’ role in Migraine therapy” and “Cost-effectiveness of Atherosclerosis” in front of his peers.

Biographical Sketch
A native of Indonesia, an archipelago country in Southeast Asia, Gesnita Nugraheni earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy and obtained a Pharmacist degree (Apothecary) from Airlangga University in Indonesia in 2008. She has been interested in the Pharmacy Practice area since her undergraduate study. Her undergraduate thesis was entitled “The Drug Utilization Study of Osteoarthritis Patient in Ambulatory Care Department at Dr. Soetomo Teaching Hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia”. Winning a Fulbright scholar, Gesnita continued her degree by enrolling in the master program in Health Outcomes and Socioeconomic Sciences (HOSS) at the University of Toledo, College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is also an A. Margaret Boyd scholar from Delta Kappa Gamma, the international society for key women educator. She is very impressed with Medication Therapy Management in Community Pharmacies, Human Behavioral Science, and Cultural Competence topics that are taught in her program. She is proposing research about “Managing Medication Regimen based on the Arthritis Patients’ Perception”. After pursuing her MS degree, she plans on going back to her home country with the goal of developing Outcomes Research at her alma mater.

As an intern, she acquired knowledge on development and manufacturing of dosage forms. In 2009, she gained experience as an intern in Ayumart healthcare pvt. Ltd, India. As a trainee, she experienced manufacturing and formulating ayurvedic formulations. In 2010, she was recruited as a trainee pharmacist in Medicare medical center, India and got experience in dispensing medicines and managing pharmacy. She received her B.Pharm degree in June 2010. Following graduation, she applied to the MS program in Health Outcomes and Socioeconomic Sciences at the University of Toledo. As a graduate student, she has worked as a teaching assistant. As a student, she has also given several presentations on topics of “Depression and Outcomes in Dialysis Patients”, “Economic Impact of Diabetes”, “Using Cost Effectiveness Analysis to Improve Healthcare” and “Safety Net Providers”. Besides this, she is working on tools used to measure medication adherence. During her years of education, she served as a secretary of International society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) from 2011-2012 and as a president of ISPOR from 2012- 2013. She has received good experience on data entry and performing literature reviews while working in PCOR lab.
