Improving the Conductivity of CNT Film

High electron mobilities on the order of 10,000 cm2/Vs have been measured for both metallic and semiconducting carbon nanotubes. However, the finite length of the individual tubes and the high intertube contact resistances have greatly reduces their network conductivity. The goal is to find a noval route to eliminate or impair the electrical barricade introduced by the intertube junctions, hence improve the overall electrical property of the film.
