Submit one complete PDF containing all required elements to Dr. Elsa Nadler (elsa.nadler@utoledo.edu) by e-mail no later than 4 PM on the deadline date.

Submit one complete and signed paper copy by 4 PM on the deadline date. The PI, all co-investigators, the chair and dean of all affected departments and colleges must sign proposals. A signature is NOT required form the dean of the college of Medicine and Life Sciences.

LOI: Letter of Intent required. This letter may not exceed four (4) double-spaced pages. Submit LOI to Elsa Nadler (elsa.nadler@utoledo.edu) no later than 4 PM on the deadline date. A subcommittee of the Research Council will review the LOIs and invite full proposals.

Full Proposals: Deadline 4 PM on 21 January 2014. Submit one complete PDF and one complete and signed paper copy per the instructions above.
