Rocket Card Problems
If you are experiencing problems with your Rocket Card please contact the MyPics Office immediately by phone or email. A common problem you may be having is Privilege Unassigned. This means that whatever you wanted to use your Rocket Card for, you do not have the privilege to do so. For example, if you are trying to access a certain computer lab and are being denied. If you think that you should have a certain privilege, stop by the MyPics Office and inform the customer service representative which location you were at when your card didn't work. They will be able to check your privileges. Some access will require a letter from the department.
