Welcome to the Implementation Commitee on Strategic Organization

On May 10, 2010, Dr. Lloyd Jacobs, President of The University of Toledo
convened this committee to think creatively about organizational structure
for academic affairs at The University of Toledo.

On September 24, 2010, Dr. Lloyd Jacobs spoke to the UT Strategic Plan Committee and stakeholders in attendance. During his presentation, he submitted a the plan that he will recommend to The University of Toledo Board of Trustees for consideration. This video archive can be found on the bottom left of this page along with the slides used during his presentation.

Public Comment on Strategic Organization

On the left of the website is a proposal for strategic organization submitted by the Implementation Committee on Strategic Organization as well as an alternate proposals.
