| 1. | Develop Guiding Principles based on Directions 2010, the Relevant University, President's 2010 Address, USO Strategic Plan, Higher Learning Commission materials, Center of Excellence, Grand Challenges, areas of scholarship emphasis at UT and organizational theory. These principles will be used to identify the best fit in organization for UT and make clear what we intend to accomplish with a new strategic organization. (Examples: Promote and reward interprofessional activity related to teaching, scholarship, practice, service and service learning, facilitate completion of merger). |
