Quit Tobacco! Program
Quit Tobacco! is the FREE cessation program available to all UT students, faculty and staff. This program is offered in person and can be in a group environment or one-on-one.
Individuals should see their personal physician for a prescription for cessation aids. Prescription products may be covered by your health insurance plan, please see your plan formulary for more information.
Different people need different resources as they try to quit. The information and professional assistance available on these websites can help to support both your immediate and long-term needs as you become, and remain, a nonsmoker.
