Screening Program
Welcome to the Screening Program
The University of Toledo Counseling Center welcomes you to the online screening for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, alcohol and eat disorders. This free screening is made available to all University of Toledo students and is taken ANONYMOUSLY. The screening is provided so that you may find out-in a few minutes-whether or not professional consultation would be helpful.
To access the anonymous alcohol related screening tool:
Goto: http://www.mentalhealthscreening.org/screening/Welcome.aspx
Once at the screen homepage click "Take an Anonymous Screening."
Under "Select a Specific Screening", scroll down to and select "Alcohol."
Click "Continue."
