Sign Up for The BIG Event!

Are you interested in signing up yourself or a group to volunteer for The BIG Event?  Please fill out the volunteer registration form below and submit it to UToledoBigEvent@gmail.com.  You need only fill out one form per group.  Please do your best to include every person that will be responding so that we may plan accordingly.
Volunteer Sign up form 

Every participant must fill out a liability release in order to participate in The BIG Event.  This form does require a signature, so it cannot be submitted digitally.  Please bring the completed form the day of the event. 
Liability Waiver Form  

Looking to bring BIG Event volunteers to your home or neighborhood?  Download and submit the form below to UToledoBigEvent@gmail.com as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will visit every potential job site, but we will do our best!
Jobsite Request Form  

If you have requested work from The BIG Event, please fill out the worksite liability release form below.  As with the participant liability waiver, this form requires a signature and cannot be submitted digitally.
