    You might be surprised at the amount of information it is helpful to understand when you are considering renting property. Please understand this information should not be substituted for legal advice.     Renter's Insurance - Make sure your personal property is covered in the event of fire, theft, flood, etc.

    If you wish to rent furniture there are several companies listed in the phone book.  Frequently these companies will sell used rental furniture at a very low price.
